 No dia 14 de Abril de 2008, foi assinado o Memoradum de Entendimento (MOU) entre o IMPA - Instituto Marítimo e Portuário de Angola e a Intraco (Angola), onde as partes acordaram desenvolver esforços conjuntos tendo em vista a concepção, construção e exploração (BOT 25-anos) da Infraestrutura Portuária de Porto Amboím, em Angola, num modelo de parceria público-privado. A Intraco Angola, nesta fase, irá desenvolver os estudos de desenho e viabilidade económica do projecto, assim como preparação da apresentação do mesmo ao conselho de Ministros. |
